By Car
The distance from Wrocław is 120 km, and a drive should take about 2 hours. Leave highway A4 at Kostomłoty junction and take the road no. 5 to Strzegom and Jelenia Góra. By taking this route you rich Bolków where the road no. 5 turns into the road no. 3. At the outskirts of Jelenia Góra enter the ring road in the direction of Karpacz. You may also follow the road no.5 from Bolków. Head towards Kamienna Góra and Kowary and then Ścięgny and Karpacz.
By Train
Currently, there is no train service to Karpacz. Trains of Polish National Railways (PKP) run several times a day to Jelenia Góra. There you can take a bus to Karpacz.
PKS/BUS
The town offers frequent services of private communication or PKS to Jelenia Góra. Time of travel is approx. 20-30 minutes. In addition, Karpacz has good communication connections with big urban areas (including Głogów, Legnica, Łódź, Wałbrzych, Warsaw, Wrocław and Zielona Góra).
